"I’ve been using the AlumierMD Retinol Resurfacing Serum for about a month now and have been genuinely impressed. What stands out is that AlumierMD offers three clearly labeled strengths — 0. 25%, 0. 5%, and 1. 0% — so you can actually build tolerance the right way instead of jumping into a high concentration and burning your face off. I started twice a week and worked up to nightly use without major irritation, which I credit to the encapsulated retinol formula and the fact that they surround it with niacinamide, soothing peptides, a gentle PHA, and aloe. The texture is excellent — lightweight, goes on silky smooth, absorbs fast, and leaves a soft satin finish. No fragrance, which I appreciate. The opaque pump bottle keeps the retinol protected from light . After about 3 weeks of consistent nightly use, my skin texture is noticeably smoother, pores look more refined, and my overall tone is more even. I still get some mild flaking when I step up the strength, but that’s just retinol doing its job. My one real complaint is the base contains alcohol and witch hazel, which can feel drying — especially if your skin runs dry. At $82 it’s not cheap, and you have to buy it through a clinic, which is either a plus or a barrier depending on your perspective."
