RETURN POLICY
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products and quality controls. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an AlumierMD product(s) you purchased from us.alumiermd.com, you may request a refund within 90 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that, because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the AlumierMD 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites, and is limited to original, end-user purchasers in Canada via us.alumiermd.com.
Important Information Regarding Returns
- We can only accept the return of products purchased through alumiermd.com. If you purchased an AlumierMD product from one of our authorized skincare professionals, please contact them directly for assistance.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be at least half full.If the returned product contains less than half of its original contents, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.
- To return products, please e-mail our Support department help@alumiermd.com, making sure to include:

- Your name
- E-mail used to place order
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
You will then be provided with further instructions.

For returns that are not due to a product defect or adverse skin reaction, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the patient.
- When returning products, please include your original proof of purchase and the reason for the return.
- We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen during the return process.
- Refunds will only be processed back to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Refunds will exclude all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. We ask that you allow up to 30 days from receipt of your return for the credit to be processed.
- All returns are subject to validation.
- Alumier has the right to refuse any refund request if it determines in its sole discretion that any consumer is abusing AlumierMD’s Return Policy.
Defective Products, Leaking Packaging, Order Error
Please e-mail help@alumiermd.com with the order number or email used to make the purchase, the product name, the size, and the issue experienced. The customer support team will review and advise on the procedure to process the exchange or credit.
Cancellations
Due to the speed at which we work to ship out orders, we are typically unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing to ensure prompt fulfillment and delivery, especially during high-volume periods.
SHIPPING
Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days after submission. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with the shipping details you selected.
*Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times, so be sure to account for the processing period when placing your order.
During peak trading periods, including the holiday season and promotional events such as Black Friday, processing times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes and occasional business closures.
