RETURN POLICY

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with an AlumierMD product you purchased from alumiermd.com you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the AlumierMD 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites and is limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

 Important Information Regarding Returns

  • We can only accept the return of products purchased through alumiermd.com. If you purchased an AlumierMD product from one of our authorized skincare professionals, please contact them for assistance.
  • To return products please e-mail our Support department help@alumiermd.com, listing i) order number, ii) name, iii) e-mail used on order, iv) product(s) you wish to return and v) reason for the return and you will be provided with further instructions.
  • When returning products please include your original proof of purchase and the reason for the return.
  • We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen during the return process.
  • Refunds will be made only to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Refunds will exclude all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. We ask that you allow up to 30 days from receipt of your return for the credit to be processed.
  • All returns are subject to validation.
  • Alumier has the right to refuse any refund request if it determines in its sole discretion that any consumer is abusing Alumier’s Return Policy.

 Defective Products, Leaking Packaging, Order Error

Please e-mail help@alumiermd.com with the order number or email address used to make the purchase, the product name, the size, and the issue experience. The customer support team will review and advise on the procedure to process the exchange or credit.
